Our mechanical & piping division offers Pipe bending, spool fabrication, installation and commissioning of all type of materials viz alloy steel, carbon steel and other exotic materials. We have handled large capital projects with millions of spools, tons of structures as well as routine maintenance. Our highly skilled workforce comprises of Engineers, Inspectors, Supervisors, Fabricators, Welders
etc. with excellent safety and quality performance records assuring greater quality, efficiency and ultimately significant cost savings for customers.
We have sophisticated hydraulic pipe bending machine for carrying out bending of Copper Nickel, Copper, Stainless steel and Carbon steel Pipes of sizes upto 80NB.
Pipe bending is mainly carried out in Ship building & Ship repair Industry (Indian Navy and Coast Guard vessels) and automobile industries.
Maintenance & Inspection of Crude Oil Storage Tanks
We execute complete construction, maintenance and inspection of storage tank sand pressure vessels with different materials used for storage of wide range of fluids.
Initiating from procurement, fabrication, installation, Shot Blasting, painng, Hydro-testing, Primary and Secondary seal removal & installation, repair & replacement of MVWS lines. Overhauling, installation and commissioning of mixers, motors and stirrers.
Electrical & Instrumentation Installation and Testing
Our E&I division comprises of diverse group of professionals, capable of installing, termination and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation of all types of control systems needs across industry.
